That's Lithuanian for nice to meet you. Kind of a cheesy way to introduce myself?

I'm a Michigan poet. I just finished my BA last year, but I'm a bit older than most students. I haven't been in workshop for almost a year so I'm excited to be working with some fabulous writers here.

I'm working as an Instructional Designer for Ford. I'm a medicinal herbalist, a Reiki master, and read Tarot cards. I guess I'm what someone referred to as "crunchy" recently.

I've read a few things about the Lyric Essay and it sounds like the perfect form for someone who's probably never taken the straight path to anywhere.
